When contacting us about an existing order, please include your full name, order number, and a short description of the issue so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Please allow up to seven business days for a response. We may respond sooner, but response times can be longer during weekends, holidays, product releases, or periods of high order volume.

Sending multiple emails about the same issue may delay our ability to review and respond. Please reply within the same email thread whenever possible.

Do not send products or returns to the business mailing address unless RUX Clothing has first provided written return authorization and specific return instructions. Depending on the product and fulfillment provider, an approved return may need to be sent to a different location.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information by email.
